Delivery & Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) after payment confirmation.

How can I track my order?

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on location and stock availability.

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer free delivery services within Hong Kong. However, for some specific districts, a location surcharge will be applied. Details refer here.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to and service in Hong Kong now.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Inspect the shipment immediately. Contact us within 48 hours with photos for follow up.

Product Usage & Installation

Do wine cellars require professional installation?

Bea is DIY-friendly, customer can self install with ease. We offer complementary on-location unpacking and installation services for products.

How do I maintain my wine cellar?

Good airflow is vital in a wine cellar to prevent musty odors and humidity buildup. Make sure your cellar has adequate ventilation to allow fresh air circulation. Avoid placing your wine cellar in areas prone to heat, such as near ovens or direct sunlight.

What temperature/humidity settings are ideal?

Optimal storage is 7–18°C and 50–70% humidity. Adjust temperature using the control panel.

Is the cooling system noisy?

Our units use quiet compressors, desgined to operate in a steady and quite manner.

What’s the difference between dual-zone and single-zone cooling?

Dual-zone allows separate temperature settings for red/white wines; single-zone maintains one temperature.

Can I customize my wine cellar?

For S.F.F., Glass Series and Wave 18, they come with right hinge, and you can order to come with left hinge. Please state your request at ordering.

Warranty & Repair

What does the warranty cover?

We offer a 2-year warranty for all products covering parts and labor for manufacturing defects. For more details, refer to Warranty & Repair.

How do I claim warranty service?

Contact our customer service with your order number and issue details. We’ll arrange servicing visits according to your needs.
